There is so much chaos all around us. How do we maintain our balance?
We will gather together over Zoom to help each other find Calm in the Storm of Life.
This class marks the beginning of a new format for Mary's Grace Under Pressure meditation classes:
Less Lecture, More Meditation. There will be a short talk about the subject we're approaching: staying calm and grounded even when we are inundated by chaos.
After the short talk we will enter a 45 minute guided meditation to balance our nervous systems. We will recognize what is unnerving us and reclaim our ability to be present and purposeful.
In keeping with this new format, we are offering two options for this meditation:
In Person (Via Zoom) and Recording Only
Attending the Zoom call in person ($100) allows you to participate in the conversation after the meditation. This includes personal connections with Mary while asking questions and sharing your experience of the meditation. Once purchased, we will send the Zoom link the day before the class.
The recording only ($40) option is a recording of the meditation only and will be posted within 7 days of the recording date.
We do not record the conversation after the meditation.
