There is so much chaos and rapid change happening in our world. We are being inundated with energies that are very hard for our bodies to process.
Often, our bodies respond with fear and anxiety.
For this class, we will gather together over Zoom to learn specific techniques to process and release the deluge. We will reorient ourselves to clarity and find our own, calm inner voice.
The first hour of this class is guided meditation. The last half hour is for discussion.
In Person (via Zoom)
Attending the Zoom call in person (via Zoom) allows you to participate in the discussion after the meditation. This includes personal connections with Mary while asking questions and sharing your experience of the meditation. Once purchased, we will send the Zoom link the day before the class. The recording will be shared within 7 days of the recording date
We do not record the discussion after the meditation.
