Full moon in Sagittarius, 2022

This next Full Moon will be another Super Moon! The Strawberry or Honey Moon, will be in Sagittarius, the mutable fire sign. The moon will be at peak illumination on Tuesday June 14 at exactly 7:52 a.m., EDT.

This is the second Super Moon of 2022 and from our point of view, on Earth, it will look about 20% larger than other Full Moons.

Sagittarius is known for its outgoing and adventurous spirit; this is the time of year ideal for planning a trip or going on a spontaneous adventure.

The Month of June is named after Juno, the Roman Goddess associated with marriage. June is a favorite month for weddings and other celebrations of connection. Full Moons bring things to a culmination point.

This Full Moon makes a sextile aspect to Saturn (the part of us motivated to organize) and a square aspect to Neptune (the part of us interested in setting aside our responsibilities and better connecting with the world around us).

This Full Moon in Sagittarius asks us to pause our routines, reach out and enjoy being with other!
