Full Moon in Aries, 2024

The Hunter Full Moon in Aries on October 17, 2024 is at 7:26 am EDT.

All Full Moons bring energy to a crescendo, where a lot of energy is expressed.  Aries is the Cardinal Fire Sign—it aligns itself with taking action, intuitive knowing and protecting what needs to be protected.

The third of four supermoons this year, this Hunter Moon looks very large at the horizon.  It is BIG Energy.  

This Cardinal Fire Moon sits in a diamond pattern, opposing the Sun (Core Self and Survival) in Libra (balance and Attraction), as all Full Moons do,  but also squaring Mars (Assertion of Self) in Cancer (Home and Resources).  

This Moon also squares Pluto (Power) in its last swing through Capricorn (Authority and Structure). 

Mars and Pluto sit in opposition to each other while in tense square angles t  the Sun and Moon. Mars and Pluto opposing each other may show up as power struggles, or as  the need to find collaboration and respect for all players in a conflict.

We may feel very strongly about taking action right now but it is not a time to act on impulse.
