Full Moon in Libra, 2025

The Full Pink Moon in Libra, April 12th at 8:22 pm EDT.

The first Full Moon of Spring is here! Libra (Relationships) is the Cardinal Air (Intellect) sign and brings us into the desire for relationships, beauty, and balance.

This Full Moon is a Micro Moon, which means it will appear smaller than normal due to its distance from the earth. In Christian practices this is known as the Paschal Moon (the first Full Moon after the Vernal Equinox) and is used to calculate Easter Sunday (the first Sunday after the Paschal Moon).

This Full Moon is squaring Mars (Energy) in Cancer (Feelings) so there’s lots of energy we can use to re-evaluate our connections with other people and situations.

Mars aspects give the planet extra energy, and Full Moons are activators. Avoid being unconsciously reactive and speaking from a place of anger.  Do allow yourself to take conscious, and thought out, action for causes you're passionate about.

An opposition to Chiron (the Wounded Healer) in Aries (The Cardinal Fire Sign) marks an opportunity to examine the experiences that have shaped you. This may be a time when you do need to speak up for yourself or take action to get what you want.

It’s a good time to examine how old wounds may be influencing any reactive behavior.

You might want to ask yourself:

Do I have unresolved anger?

 Can I bring compassion to myself for ways I’ve been hurt in the past?

If I had a warrior on my side, what would I want it to do for me?
