Full Moon in Leo, 2023

The next Full Moon, the Snow Moon, will be in Leo on Sunday Feb 5, 2023 1:29 pm EST. Leo is the fixed fire sign, known for its self approval and enjoyment of life. It is a very playful and creative sign that likes to have fun.

As all Full Moons bring things to a culmination, this Full Moon in Leo brings a need to be active and enjoy ourselves. 
This Full Moon is in square aspect to Uranus in Taurus. Uranus is associated with the part of us that wants to break free of restrictions. Uranus in Taurus brings changes in our sense of what makes us comfortable. A square aspect brings a need for seeing different points of view. 
Some old ideas about what we need may be shaken up under this Full Moon.  There’s a strong impulse to be proud of ourselves, to act on the desire to step up and step into life. 
It’s a good time to recognize how we’ve been holding ourselves back and to know it’s really, really OK to be who we are, with all our own needs and desires
