Full Moon in Capricorn, 2023

The Full Moon in Capricorn on July 3, 2023, at 7:39 am EDT is called the Buck Moon. Deer antlers are in full growth mode right now. It’s also called the Feather Molting Moon or the Salmon Moon.

Full Moons always bring things to culmination. Capricorn is a Cardinal Earth Sign. Cardinal signs like to begin things, and Earth signs like to work in the Material World, Capricorns love to get the job done.

Here in the Northern Hemisphere, our material world is at the height of Summer, pouring out all the nurturance we need to enjoy our communities and our lives.

This full Moon is also in a trine aspect (easy understanding) with Uranus (Change) in Taurus (Fixed Earth). Our foundations are changing, and our sense of what makes us feel safe is changing in sudden and surprising ways.

Now is a good time to let go, and trust that the changes are bringing us to a much safer place.
