Full moon in cancer, 2022

The next full moon, the Wolf Moon, is on January 17th, at 05:51 pm (CST) 2022. This moon will be in Cancer, the Cardinal Water sign. Cardinal signs get things started, and water signs feel it all .

Cancer is famous for its ability to feel, to create nurturance & growth.

The sign of Cancer is ruled by the Moon. The Moon is associated with our sensate body and what makes us feel safe. This Full Moon is not only in opposition to the Sun (like all full moons), but also Pluto. 

At the same time, Uranus is ending its 5 month retrograde and moving forward in the sign of Taurus.  

The Sun in Capricorn (cardinal earth sign) is a time of getting things done; a little effort produces big results. Pluto in Capricorn is working directly to bring things up from the depths, the shadows, the places we put things we’d rather not deal with. 

Uranus (the planet of awakening & change) going direct in Taurus (fixed earth sign) brings in new ideas and freedoms, particularly in our physical worlds. 

Now is the time to take action; to create safe and nurturing physical environments to pursue our deepest and “weirdest" interests, and feed our innovations.
