Full Moon In Aquarius, 2022

The next Full Moon, the Sturgeon Moon, will be in Aquarius on Thursday, August 11th at 9:36 pm EDT. This will be the fourth and final Super Moon of the year. Full Moons bring things to a head, energy is pulled up and activity increases. Aquarius (ruled by Uranus) is the fixed air sign; associated with creativity, revolution, and an open mind.

As Summer turns toward Fall in the Northern Hemisphere,  this Full Moon is conjunct Saturn in Aquarius, the planet associated with practical accomplishments and the experience to get-it-done. Uranus, associated with shaking things up and finding new ways, is squaring that can-do Aquarius Saturn, the innovative Aquarius Moon, and the center stage Leo Sun!  Our best-laid plans may incur sudden and unexpected twists.  But somehow … it all gets done.
